1. Payment Terms
• All payments are to be made cash on delivery (COD) via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Please refer to the banking details provided on the invoice.
• Full payment is required within 15 days from the invoice date.
• A 50% deposit of the accepted invoice amount is required for the commencement of any project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion.
• Once the invoice is issued, no further work will be carried out until full payment is received.
• Quotations are valid for 7 working days from the date of issue.
2. Design Changes
• Any changes to the designs during the project will be accommodated; however, these may incur additional charges based on the complexity and nature of the changes requested.
• Design revisions are included in the quoted price up to a maximum of two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
3. Social Media Contracts
• Social media management packages require a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure sufficient time for effective strategy execution and traction building.
• A 30-day notice period is required to terminate any social media contract. If a contract is terminated before the completion of the agreed period, the client agrees to pay the remaining balance due for the agreed term.
4. Cancellations and Termination
• In the event of project cancellation before completion, any work carried out up until that point will be billed accordingly. The client is responsible for paying for the work completed, even if the project is not finished.
• A 30-day notice period is required for cancellation of ongoing social media management or design services.
5. Liability
• Atlantis Graphics Studio will not be held liable for any delays or issues caused by third parties, such as client delays, external suppliers, hosting providers etc.
• While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of design and content, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving all project materials before final delivery.
6. Ownership and Rights
• Upon full payment, the client will own the final designs, content, and other project deliverables.
• Atlantis Graphics Studio retains the right to use any work completed for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
